Return Policy

 
As a growing business we understand the importance of customer service. We are grateful for everyone who supports us. That being said, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge. 
 
We do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed on demand, special for the individual, and made custom to order. 
 
Unfortunately, since we do not have warehouse or a location to hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, We cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving.
 
If there is an issue with your order/delivery, please reach out within 7 days of the delivery window so we can assist you, if you are past this time frame, we will be unable to assist you. 
 
In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit be sent to CheckRepublicStudios@Gmail.com and we'll produce and send a replacement at no charge. Please include the Order Number in the Subject line.
 

 

Shipping

What countries can you ship to?

 
Our production and manufacturing partners are worldwide. We are able to ship to most countries without a problem.
 

What is the processing time?

 
Our Canvases take about 1-4 business days to process and ship. Within the US, UK, & mainland Europe you should receive your art within 1-3 weeks. With other international locations it may take 2-4 weeks.
 

What are shipping costs?

 
We provide free Economy shipping on all of our art pieces. For faster shipping options (when available) it will be at an additional cost displayed at checkout.
 

Can you ship to P.O. boxes?

 
Do to the size of our art we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
 

Does my order include a tracking number?

 
Tracking availability varies and will depend on the country, product type and shipping method, that have been selected with your order. Generally budget shipping is untracked and express is tracked (you can check the shipping service when you place the order).
 
To track your order we provide you with an email and tracking link when your product ships.
 
Tracking is available to all orders within the USA. 
 
Outside of the USA, Economy orders are typically sent without a tracking number. Standard shipping may be tracked or untracked depending on Destination.
 
We attempt to have at least budget and standard shipping options available for all products.

International Orders

 
All international customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, and taxes on orders, if applicable. We do not pre-pay duties, custom fees, or taxes at checkout. Any refused shipments will not be refunded.
 

Why hasn’t my order been delivered yet?

 
Factors which could delay delivery times include:
 
  • Mistyped or incorrectly formatted address
  • Customs and import restrictions
  • Failed delivery attempts (i.e. no one home to receive the order)
  • Postal strikes
  • Other adverse conditions (such as storms and natural disasters)
 
If there is a protracted delay with your order then our customer support team will typically deal with this proactively. Alternatively, if an order is outside the expected delivery window then please contact CheckRepublicStudios@gmail.com for additional information. Please include order number in the subject line.
 
Occasionally, orders do get lost in the mail - more often, we find, when being shipped untracked to less common shipping destinations. In the event that an order is not received within 30 days of ordering, we’ll be more than happy to send a replacement. Just let us know at CheckRepublicStudios@gmail.com and we’ll make the arrangements on your behalf. Please note however that we cannot offer free replacements for orders not received due to an incorrect address.
